Here are a few reasons as to why we believe you should choose us to attend to any issues you may have with technology. 

FREE PHONE CONSULTATION

We are happy for all customers to phone or email and ask questions before requesting an appointment. This gives us a good opportunity to determine whether you require us to visit or whether it has a solution that can be addressed by yourself with assistance. 

NO FIX - NO FEE POLICY

We work on a no fix no fee basis, due to the fairness that it offers we feel this leads to maximum customer satisfaction and allows customers to feel more secure. If the issue that we came to fix, is not sorted by the time that we leave, you will not be charged for the time. There is also no call-out fee.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We stick to scheduled appointments throughout the day, and we vow to be on time. If there are any unforeseen circumstances, where there will be a delay of our appointment, we will be sure to phone you before and keep you updated constantly however we aim to arrive on time, every time.

HIGH QUALITY HARDWARE

We use high quality hardware when required, this ensures that if parts are replaced they are replaced to the same standard as a manufacturer. Most importantly it gives customers assurance that we will not have to be called back for the same issue.

REMOTE SUPPORT

If we believe we can resolve an issue without a visit then it may be better for us to remotely log in to your computer. This offers more flexibility for customers as we are happy to provide remote support outside of our usual working hours.

SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS

Due to the fact we are a small local business, we can take the time to communicate properly with customers and provide a more personal customer experience.
